Welcome to Ribbon Box! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for the use of our services and products. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Introduction

Ribbon Box specializes in providing customized wedding souvenirs, such as gift boxes, ribbons, and other personalized items to make your event memorable. These terms govern your purchase and use of our products and services.

2. Order Placement and Customization

  • Customization: All our products are customized according to the specifications provided by you. We will begin working on your order once all details are confirmed and payment is received.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details. Please review your order carefully, as no changes can be made once the customization process begins.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Calculation of Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are determined based on the delivery location and the weight of your order. As each order may vary in size, weight, and quantity, the exact delivery fee will be calculated once your order is customized. The final delivery cost will be shared with you before dispatch.
  • Please note that we do not offer free delivery. Delivery charges will apply based on the specifics of your order, and the fee will be confirmed prior to shipment.

4. Customization and Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Customization Timeline: Customization typically takes up to two weeks to complete. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least three weeks prior to your event.
  • Expedited Service: If you need your order urgently, we offer an expedited service for delivery within one week for an additional fee of 1000 PKR.

5. Bulk Order Discounts

  • Bulk Discounts: We offer discounts on orders of 100 pieces or more. For specific pricing and discount details, please contact us with your order requirements.

6. Payment Policy

  • Advance Payment: As all products are customized according to your specifications, we only accept advance payments. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD).
  • Payment Terms: A 70% upfront payment is required at the time of order placement. The remaining 30% balance is due before dispatch. A picture of your completed order will be provided to you before shipping to confirm your approval.

7. Delivery Location Policy

  • Address Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we cannot make any changes to the delivery city or location. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate before finalizing your order.

8. Cancellation Policy and Refund Details

  • Order Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order after payment, you are eligible for a 30% refund of the total order amount.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of order cancellation. The refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns: To initiate a return, you must send the package back to our address. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund. Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content associated with Ribbon Box are the property of Ribbon Box and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ribbon Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Please review these Terms regularly.

12. International shipping update

We regret to inform you that due to regulations, we are unable to ship edible items internationally. As such, we cannot offer delivery of edible favors at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
